An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engagement and Liaison Officer to join our dynamic team at ATM Birmingham working flexibly around the needs of the business to recruit and engage learners across our curriculum offer.

The successful candidate will be welcomed into a stimulating and creative environment to generate and facilitate the recruitment of learners and the engagement local stakeholders for our Centre.

You will have experience, of:

Planning and implementing marketing, social media and promotional work;

Writing, developing and implementing digital content and  marketing materials;

Conducting market research and analysis;

The ability to travel locally;

Have a Literacy & Numeracy qualifications at Level 2 or above (GCSE or equivalent)

The role will involve working across the region on the following:
  • Working towards agreed targets for student recruitment;
  • Researching and developing stakeholder engagement opportunities;
  • Planning and delivering and/or supporting client-focused activities to stakeholders and students;
  • Planning and delivering marketing events and activities;
  • Lead generation and tracking;
  • Keep warm activities;
  • Generating PR and social media content.

The role will be within the national team of Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions, but based at the Birmingham Access to Music Centre. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle would be a distinct advantage.

Your main contacts will be schools, academies, 6th forms, colleges, community learning providers, NEET groups, community centres, youth centres, careers services, referral agencies, music, arts hubs and bridge organisations, potential students, parents, employers and training provider networks.
